Refund Policy

30-Day Returns
We accept returns within [30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• • Custom or personalized keycaps: Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we cannot accept returns on custom-printed or artisan items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Opened electronics: Keyboard stands or accessories that show signs of wear/installation.

How to Initiate a Return

   2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.

   3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Damages and Issues
